These terms govern use of the Tourious platform, operated by KARIBEE TOURS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England & Wales (company number OC459477), registered office 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, United Kingdom, WC1X 0ND. VAT No. EU372098104. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Tourious provides online booking software. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business during your subscription.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and the accuracy of the information and pricing you publish.
3. Payments to you
Bookings are paid by your customers into your own connected Stripe account. You are the merchant of record for those transactions and responsible for fulfilment, refunds and customer service relating to your experiences.
4. Subscription & billing
Package fees are billed in advance per your chosen package. Paid packages renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, infringe others' rights, or use it for unlawful activities.
6. Availability & liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
